Out if 200 questions, you need to attempt 180 above for getting AIIMS Delhi so that if if you get 30-40 wrong, the marks will revolve somewhere above 140. Although marks is never a predictor for rank, as it changes yearly as well as in different shifts, but a score of 140+ can be taken safe for a 99.5 percentile and above score.

Being in OBC, you need to score somewhere above 99.5 percentile to get into AIIMS Delhi or within 200 Rank of All India General category.
