If I'm doing BSc in chemistry and biology then can I apply for MCAT under special permission?

Hello aspirant. I am glad to hear about your keen intetest in MCAT.
MCAT is for those students who are planning to attend health school or are alreafy oersuing or have persued MBBS. These students do not require special permission.
However, other students can apply too for this examination but only under special permission.
