There are less chances according to your marks.
It takes admission through JEE Main only.
You can apply in Rajasthan, Haryana, Punjab through JEE Main.

Yes, there are less chances for government colleges you can apply in private colleges of these states they are good you can take admission.

For government colleges you can try in your state level exam.
