Hello Mayank,
It's good to hear that you scored 80% in maths, but your overall score in JEE Mains also matters in order to get admission in IIIT Delhi. You should score atleast 230 to be on safer side and to assure your seat at IIIT Delhi. Also, note that your your score for board exams should also be good.
