Hello Aspirant! Yes you can appear in your JEE Main Examination if you've studied Physics, Chemistry and Math in your plus two. Doesn't matter if it's your main subject or optional, if you've studied you can surely appear for the examination. There's no restriction for any student to give any examination. It all depends on the student and their choice.
