Hello,
If you are talking about 6000 rank as your open category rank, then you have very high chances of getting a seat in the top government engineering colleges like NITs and IIITs. You can also get core branches like CSE, ECE, EEE, etc on the subsequent rounds of JOSAA counseling.
Please go for all the rounds of JOSAA counseling and also go for the CSAB spot round as you might get more better seats in too NITs.
