For the Medical admission its totally depend on your state you belongs to and which category you are of. If you belongs to general category then there was almost no chance for any state government medical colleges per your said marks. 

If you belongs to any reservations category then you have chance to get in government medical college. But if you are of some south side state then these your said marks will also be not going to give seat in government medical college.
