Dear Aspirant

If your name wasn't present in the list of candidates eligible for Seat Allocation/ Online Counselling through Mock Round / 1st Round OR result of 1st round of Online Seat Allocation/Counselling for AIIMS-MBBS Course-2019 then no, you cannot participate in 2 nd or 3 rd round as for the 2nd round, the order of Online Seat Allocation/Counselling will be based on the merit order used for the 1st Round. But, you may participate in open round of counseling if you fall in eligiblity criteria with appropriate cut off based on your category.

My air 7127 if chance of any vacant seat then list of 2nd provisional list . If it contain my name then I register in 2nd round my percentile is 97.93

No, you cannot go for 2nd or 3rd round because your is not in the list mentioned above in the answer and neither will come up in 2nd round too. But you can go for open round counselling.
