i have not applied for AIIMS counselling in the 1st and 2nd round can i register for open round? is it possible?

If you have qualified the AIIMS MBBS entrance exam then you are eligible to participate in the open round of counselling. It is mandatory for candidates to register for the counselling process if they wish to participate in the open round of AIIMS MBBS 2018 counselling.
