Your general rank is AIR rank and OBC_NCL rank is among your caste. Both are equally important. But considering general rank is better.

Obc-ncl rank will be considered . Your obc-ncl rank is good and you can easily get good nit with core branches . If you belongs to state like West Bengal , Delhi , Tamil nadu , Maharashtra ,etc then chances of getting good college is more higher because of home state . You can also get cse in IIIT.

General rank is not considered for you because you belong to obc-ncl category . You will get benefit of it .

To get obc-ncl benefit , you should have obc-ncl certificate and income certificate.
