Can I now be considered for OBC-NCL category at the time of admissions despite getting 53284 rank in JEE Mains 2019?

Hello Sehajbir.Yes you will be considered in the OBC-NCL category during the admission process of JEE Mains if you have submitted the required caste certificates online or anything else which was required to do by the OBC-NCL candidates. But If you come under the OBC-NCL Creamy Layer you will be considered under the general category only. You need to come under the OBC-NCL Non-creamy Layer for your OBC-NCL rank to come into existence which is decided on the basis of your family's income.
All the Best for the JEE Advance Exam as well as Seat Allotment Process.

But the colleges you will get are mostly from the north eastern states
