It is difficult to predict if you have chances of getting seat in a good NIT with the given expected rank because cut off is subjected to change depending on the number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam, number of seats available, previous year cut off trends etc.

Considering the previous year cut off you may get seat in NITs such as

• NIT, Meghalaya
• NIT, Nagaland
• NIT, Puducherry
• NIT, Manipur
• NIT, Arunachal Pradesh
• NIT, Uttarakhand

These are the NITs in which you may have chances of getting seat under OBC category in Computer Science Engineering. To get seat in NITs like NIT Warangal, NIT Calicut, NIT Trichy, NIT Surathkal you need to secure a rank in between 400-3000 based on previous year cut off trends. For that you need to score minimum 160-180 marks or above. As said before, cut off may increase or decrease depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.
