see as per your general category rank it would be difficult to get government engineering college in computer science or IT, so this is same for tfw quota, however in general merit you have chances in techno india group colleges like tict saltlake, netaji subhas engineering college, heritage, asansol engineering college etc. however for obc category rank you have few chances in Government College of Engineering Textile Technology, Serampore, Government College of Engineering and Leather Technology, Kolkata.

however cutoff score changes every year, depends on various factors like number of participants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix etc.
