With this rank you can get state government Colleges or private colleges. most of the private colleges have their own criteria for admission, some might take students on the basis of JEE marks only,while  others might undergo and normalisation process of JEE main marks and boards marks, there may be the third category which takes student on the basis of their own entrance test and there is one more category of colleges that takes student on the basis of their 12th marks only. As you mentioned your rank that means you are eligible for government colleges but you can surely apply for private colleges. Every private college has its own opening and closing rank based on college ranking, students with in these rank can apply for admission in different branches of that particular college.
