Can I get seat in any medical college

Hello Divya. As you belong to BC-B Category and your rank is below 60000 chances of getting best colleges is mostly null. But you may get seat in few private colleges but branch you get would be less preferred one.

Don't lose hope and give a try by applying for good number of colleges to ensure a seat.
