With a state rank of 5300, it may be difficult for you to get a seat in one of the government medical colleges if you had been in the general category since around 3000 medical seats are alloted to students in Maharashtra every year. But since you belong to OBC category, there may be another merit list indicating your rank among OBC candidates. So it depends on that rank list. All the Best!
