Well this question is subjective one thing is for sure through under 120 rank in aiims you can get topmost aiims except for delhi and as far as i know bhopal , jodhpur , bhubhneshwer are quite good its tough to compare also it depends which rank under 500, 120,100,55 or more than that less than that,if you are rank is good enough to clear cut off for maulana azad medical college, kgmu then yes you can go for then as they are ranked better than most of the aiims but if not for these top college you should go for aiims.
