if one is in bsc nursing first year and cleared neet this year will the first year for mbbs be counted

No. For example, lets say you are studying B.Sc Nursing first year and then you appeared for NEET and secured a seat in the Counselling process. You will be a 1st year MBBS Student and not a 2nd year student. This is because the eligibility criteria to study MBBS is 12th and so other courses aren't considered.
