Dear aspirant

According to your marks you won't be able to get a seat in government medical colleges Assam because last year the cutoff for all the Assam medical government colleges were nearly around 560 Plus so you can get into dental colleges of Assam but in my opinion since you are from West Bengal you should go for medical colleges in West Bengal as you will get  medical seat in the state quota in West Bengal.

Anyway it is all up to you if you want to study I told you whatever the facts are and also I am giving you a link below so that you can refer previous year cutoff for both West Bengal as well as Assam government medical colleges.
