If one subject is back in 1 St sem and total 4 year percentage is above 65 percentage then can I eligible Psu interview?

Yes, you can apply for the PSUs but you will have to clear all your backlogs till the interview round and you will have to show your final year marksheet/provisional degree/certificate of passing at the time of Interview or at the time of joining.
