Not to be specific but wherever you'll go for counselling ( assuming the colleges has reservation seats) , will ask for the caste certificate. 

The caste certificate is to be made from the district collector of your belonging state and should have the stamp plus signature of the DC. 

Whereas if the person is PWD plus quota, he/she should also have a medical certificate which is to be made by district suregon and after the approval of the hospital's board along with percent of disability.
