In case you didnot report to the alloted college in the first round within the given time then your alloted seat will be cancelled. This is called free exit. This won't have any obstruction in your 2nd round of counselling and you'll be able to participate in it. However, if you do not report to the alloted college during the second round, then your refundable security deposit will be forefeited.
