Dear Varun, you should have completed or passed your 10+2 before the counselling session. So even if you have failed in your board exams but appear for supplementary and can produce the pass certificate during counselling and admission, you are good to go. But NEET UG counselling will happen tentatively in the month of June and if your exams are in tje month of July, then unfortunately you cannot take admission in MBBS.
