Since your final marksheet will be prepared after your scores of betterment examination are out, you are eligible for appearing for NEET-UG or any other entrance examinations that you wish to appear for, PROVIDED you satisfy the minimum marks criteria.

It's not for me, I have 56 percent in PCB. A friend of me needs the info. I heard that if someone gives betterment he/she is not eligible for any entrance exams like neet/jee etc inspite of getting the minimum required percentage, like 50 percent is now for neet and 75 for jee. Is this true?

I'm pretty sure that is not the case, the candidate is eligible provided he/she attains the minimum qualifying marks required to apply for the entrance.
