Hi Rama, Yes you are eligible becoz NIOS is a recognized open school, you can give jEE 2018/19 mains. As of now, there is no notice from JEE against NIOS 12th eligibility...

Hello Rama,
Candidates who have studied from NIOS institutes are eligible to appear in JEE Main 2018. Also, there is little chance that JEE Main authorities may make any changes to the eligibility criteria this late in the admission process. But please check that the NIOS you are stuyding/have studied is a recognized one.
As for what may happen next year, it is difficult to predict right now.
