It is not like that. At college, you definitely need to maintain a good GPA to sit in good companies but besides that the college provides excellent placements because there are a lot of companies visiting the campus. There are few companies who come for mass hiring, they take a lot of students for their role. Since the college maintains decent placements with good package there wouldn't be any problem of getting a job or getting placed.
