With 72 percentile in JEE MAINS 2019, you are not qualified if you belong to General category. You can be qualified for JEE ADVANCED if you come under the category of ST/SC/PwD. Roughly, you rank must be 2lac+.Now coming back to the question, you can get admission in the colleges but they won't be good enough. With this percentile, you cannot get the desired college of your choice with desired field. But, if your boards results are good, then prefer to go with the state quota colleges. They are good as well.
