Yes, you can still get admission in another college but only if the counselling is still ongoing for admission such as state Counselling and AIQ Counselling. If the Counselling had been concluded then you may not get admission in a college for MBBS course. You will have to seek admission in any other course and college. So you have to check the dates for the counselling and apply for it accordingly.
