Hi!

Every year, approximately 3 lakh candidates appear for management entrance examinations but only handful of them get admission to the tier 1 colleges. Rest of candidates have to join normal or average management colleges. But joining an average college does not mean an end of the road. Candidates who get admission to tier 2 or tier 3 colleges can also get good jobs in the industry with a better pay package.

A number of companies who visit the tier 1 colleges also visit to tier 2 or tier 3 colleges. Although, the roles and salaries offered might vary depending upon the college but all candidates have an equal opportunity to excel in corporate.
