There is no such criteria to get fee reimbursement even if you clear CAT exam with good rank. Only clearing CAT exam does not guarantee you a fee reimbursement. The fee structure of B- school vary accordingly with a high fee demand. If you want to take admission in IIM colleges, then the fee is on peak depending upon which IIM you choose (around 15- 30 lakhs).

The financing of your course fee can be done through banks as banks are happy to provide cheap education loan at lower rate of interest.
