If you have been allotted a seat under Reserved Category, then yes you will be asked to produce the relevant Caste/Category certificate as a proof. But if you have been allotted a seat under General Category, then you needn't. You will need the following documents for Document Verification and Counselling:

8 passport size photographs
10th marks sheet
12th marks sheet
Valid Id proof
NEET 2020 admit card
NEET 2020 Rank card
Provisional Allottment Letter
Category Certificate if applicable
Domicile Certificate if applicable
PWD Certificate if applicable

In NEET exam 180 question out of how many are come out of books. and can you give me NEET cutt off marks 2020 at Government Medical College silvassa .
