If we have backlog and want to continue our future PG courses like I am interested in completing my M. Com soo can I get admission

Hi,
     No you can't. When you have backlog you can't get your bachelor's degree from your college, then how can you get admission in MSC without your marksheet.
You should clear your backlogs first, the you can take admission in Msc.
