Dear Chandana, IELTS score is valid for 2 years. So you should check the colleges according to their Intake seasons. Canada has 2 intake seasons. One is April to September and the other is November to April. Every University has more or less the same season but thr months might be tad different. So you may have to check for the University you are interested in. Securing a job depends on the job market when you complete the course. It is too early to comment on it at this stage.
