Now Coming to your query, If you withdraw your seat or You didn't get any seat in JOSAA counseling then your security amount will be refunded back but it will after courses started i.e approx after a month. So don't worry. Incase you have any doubt regarding this query then it would be better if you contact help desk for assurance.
