As per previous year cut off trends , with your AP EAMCET rank and assuming open category, you can get the following Govt. colleges with CSE and ECE branch :

• Sri Krishnadevaraya University College of Engineering and Technology, Anantapuram (ECE)
• Adikavi Nannaya University, Rajahmundry (ECE)
• Dr BR Ambedkar University, Srikakulam(CSE,ECE) and few more

but, you need to remember that every year this cut off may change for some reasons like seat matrix, difficulty level of exam etc.
