yes, you can get admission in MBBS private medical College. As per your result you got 265 in neet 2019. And this year for UR candidates thr cut off marks is 701-134 and for OBC candidates the cut off marks is 133-107. And you got 265. So you can easily get admission in a private MBBS medical College.
