There are certain parameters by which we decide that which institute is better. In any engineering institute, the first thing which is noticed is placements. IIT Jabalpur provides a median salary package of 7.5 lakhs while IIT Kanchipuram offers a median salary package of 5.45 Lakhs. Also, NIRF ranking is provided on the basis of seeing academic quality, infrastructure and overall placements of an institute. IIT Jabalpur has NIRF ranking of 81, while IIT Kanchipuram holds a NIRF ranking of 182. So, surely IIT Jabalpur is at upper hand.
