IIT Kanpur releases extended merit list. Revised qualifying cutoff has been released.

Yes IIT Kanpur on a directive of MHRD has reduced the qualifying cutoff for all categories. The details are

  • Gen Category - 12 marks subject wise aggregate, 90 marks in aggregate
  • OBC NCL - 11 marks subject wise, 81 marks in aggregate
  • Reserved category - 6 marks subject wise, 45 marks in aggregate
