Generally IIT offers PG programs like M.sc for the Phd scholars but now some of the IIT's initiated the online degree program in B.cs where you just need to enroll.

Here is the name of some IIT's who offers online B.sc degree and they will give you only the degree the the opportunity of placement, so before taking the admission you should cross think about this.

• IIT Kanpur

And if you wants the course of M.sc then you need to appear in the IIT JAM entrance examination.
