You many certificates are needed to get transfer certificate. Go to your college where is pursued your last graduation degree. Ask them for a application form of Transfer Certificate. Fill the form, they will ask you the purpose of transfer certificate. Then you will have to attach your leaving certificate while giving Transfer Certificate. Get the form signed by the Principal. The college will issue you a Transfer Certificate next day.
