See, for upsc the minimum eligibility is graduation in any field. So it all depends upon your area of interest, if you  have interest in medical field too then after MBBS, BAMS, bsc radiology, bsc nursing  you can go for upsc exam. If you are interested in bsc BA That also good. Think deeply and decide which subject you take interest and which subject you want to choose for upsc examination. Considering this will help in getting command over the subject. As you will understand  the subject easily if you are interested in that subject.

There is no single course that must be completed in order to get into civil services. The Candidate must have a graduation degree in any discipline from a reputable university, according to the eligibility criteria. After that, you must pass the Civil Services Exam administered by the Union Public Service Commission. The exam is broken down into three sections: preliminary (Civil Services Aptitude Test – CSAT), main exam, and interview.

So first finish your degree and then read up on the eligibility conditions, such as the number of attempts, age limit, and so on.
