I'm a 43 yr sc clat applicant.can I get any fee concession scholarship or lump sum grant and how much expense for 5 yr llb course

hy SURESH!! 

CLAT has removed the agr restraint so that anybody who wish to study Law can have access to it. But there is no scope of any concession in fees due to the age criteria. You might get schorlarship based on your category or markd but there is no criteria regarding age. 

Talking about the amount for a 5 year law course, this depends entirely on the college you get. For instance, NLSIU has a fee of around 200000 for a year.
