How you can enter the Cyber Cell

Through Government Exams

Join Police / Law Enforcement via exams like State Police SI, Constable, or UPSC (IPS).

After joining, you can be posted or transferred to the Cyber Cell based on skills and training.

As a Technical Expert (Contractual Role)

With a BSc Computer Science + certifications in:

Cyber Security

Digital Forensics

Ethical Hacking

Cyber Cells hire technical analysts on a contract or consultant basis.

Skills & Certifications that help

Networking & OS (Linux/Windows)

Cyber Security fundamentals

Digital Forensics

CEH, CHFI, Security+, or similar courses

Higher studies advantage

MSc Computer Science / Cyber Security

PG Diploma in Cyber Security or Forensics

Salary (approx.)

Contract roles: 25,000 – 60,000/month
