As you have secured 14089 ews rank in JEE mains then sorry you cannot get any seat in any NIT or iiit.

Because nowadays the competitions are very tough and you have to at least score 8000 ews rank to get a seat in NIT or iiits.
You will not get any seat in any iiit or nit during josaa all round counseling, but still I advise you to participate in josaa.
But with this much rank you can get some of the NIT during CSAB counselling if the seat remains vacant this year. But there is not surety that the seat will remain vacant after josaa all rounds counselling.
As per seeing last year cutoff for csab you can easily get some good nits like nit surathkal, or nit warangal, or nit allahabad, with this much ews rank in csab counseling.

Or it will be better that you are out for some other is state colleges or some other private Institutions like Kalinga Institute of Industrial technology or CV Raman Global University because in these two colleges many low rankers can easily get admission.
