The eligibility criteria for admission in IITs and NITs says that a candidate needs to score a minimum of 75% in 12th boards for General/OBC and 65% for SC/ST. Or you need to be in top 20 percentile of your respective board. If you fulfill the above criteria, then you're eligible to get admission in IITs and NITs.
