For that please let me know your state in the comments so that I can tell you if your selection is possible in a goverment medical college via State Quota in your state. And in most states, with 400+ you can get a government medical seat.

Now, via 15 percent All India Quota for SC Category, 440+ marks would be a safe score for getting admission in a government medical college.

Here is the last year cut off mark for a government medical college (SC Category via 15 percent All India Quota) -

Sir I m from sc and scored 458 in neet 2021and level of paper was moderate to difficult mam plz plz I beg you plz tell me those government colleges I can apply for mbbs admission mam plz mam this was my second time after 12th I can't drop anymore coz my parents won't allowed neither I will mam plz it's a beg plz mam help me plz tell me colleges I can get admission mam I m even ready to take payment seats mam plz if I didn't get mbbs seat I will forced to do ba or BSc my whole life will ruin plz mam plzz help mam mbbs is everything for me

Taranjeet Kaur The chances are low but you should try. First of all see your category rank on score card and check how many total seats are there in your state and how many seats are reserved for sc category and if your rank is near by it then you will definitely get a govt. Medical seat.
