The exam conducting body (SBI) has not prescribed any minimum percentage in order to appear for the exam. If you have completed your graduation (in any discipline) from a recognized university and fulfill the age requirement then you are eligible for SBI PO and SBI Clerk

For the exam sbi po or sbi clerk, you just need to have successfully completed your graduation, there is no minimum percentage requirement hence with even 49% you are eligible to pursue this exam.
