Yes you can apply for Karnataka medical colleges but only through All India Quota for 50% of seats. For AIQ it doesn’t matter whichever state you have come for.

For the rest 50% seats, which you are not eligible, is giving to candidates who have studied from state medical colleges and served any postings thereafter as per terms and conditions.
