Apart from MBA you can also go for graduate aptitude test in engineering GATE which is also test for post graduation in your respective engineering and also for getting a job in top PSU companies like DRDO IOCL etc.

You can also go for IES exam now known as ES which is also an exam for getting job in government sector for core engineers as you are from mechanical.

if however you want to pursue your career in some other field then you can go for field in the web development or on data science these two also so high paying career for engineers however you have to have basic knowledge of all the relevant technologies involved in data science and laptop element like Python JavaScript node.js typescript R etc
