To be eligible for upsc candidates should attained 21 years of age as on 1st August 2023.you complete 20 years and 10 months at the time of notification so you are not eligible.try in 2024

No ,you are not eligible. To be eligible, you must be at least 21 years old on the first of August of the year in which you will appear for the UPSC examination, i.e. on the first of August 2023 for UPSC 2023
